Lvl 60 Melee Wizard soloing Diablo on Hell mode

This is my Battle Mage build soloing Diablo in Hell difficulty. This is kinda a hybrid build that can stand toe to hoof with Diablo himself on your squishy toon. I find it more fun than your standard Wizard DPS build because I can get my hands dirty or kick it with the other ranged dps in the rear!
